On behalf of Core Digital Network, we wish to confirm that we have used MSI-IT extensively over the last 10 months in installing and launching our Video Conferencing Network.
We employed MSI-IT to purchase and install twelve 42” televisions, six video conference units and six “visual concert” units, to be hosted within each of our 6 learning centres in Omagh, Ballyshannon, Clonmany, Dungloe, Kilcar and St Johnstone. These services included the installation and testing of all equipment alongside the provision of training to each centre on how to use the equipment. Furthermore, MSI-IT remains involved with the project by providing technical support and assistance to ourselves and each of the learning centres.
Furthermore, we have also employed MSI-IT to purchase and install thirty 19” televisions and video conference units that are hosted with 34 community and voluntary organisations in both the Tyrone and Donegal areas. Again, their services on this project included the installation and testing of all the equipment, alongside providing staff and volunteers in each of the locations with training on how to use the equipment. As with the other project, MSI-IT remains involved in providing ongoing technical support and assistance to ourselves and each of these groups.
On both instances of work, all the installations were carried out to an extremely high standard with the minimum of fuss and interruption, and with all health & safety regulations observed and adhered to.

Their work entailed design and configuration of systems including large screen displays and audio sub-systems.
