The computer system was developed primarily to be used by community organisations providing support and services to people in need. It allows you to manage all client cases effectively including record client details, the distance travelled and produce outcomes.
The system centres on the Five Higher Level Outcomes in accordance with the “Every Child Matters” programme and can be utilised by organisations providing Floating Support, Housing and/or Mentoring services.

The SPIN management system in summary incorporates the following:
Front End

Ease of use
Staff and users alike are nowadays quite familiar with web browsers. Many people use websites to book flights, make purchases etc. This system is no different to any other website. The user can easily navigate their way through each of the modules with ease to enter case details, record events or produce reports. Each member of staff will be fully trained in the use the system and the training will take about 1 hour or so. MSI |IT will be on hand should help be required.
Online therefore accessible from anywhere
The online system is accessible from anywhere that has an internet connection. It is particularly suitable for organisations with multiple office locations. All staff members from each office will access the same system and data. We use open source technologies in the development of the software which is secure, very reliable and robust. There is no need for you to purchase any other special software to run the system on your machines. For additional security the data is protected by an encrypted form secure channel over an insecure network.
You’re in control
With the administration suite you are in control. The Administrator can alter many user controls without the need for specialist assistance. Amendments are instant and after confirmation all Users with access to the system can avail of the updates. If a member of staff leaves the organisation their access rights can be instantly switched off by the Administrator.
Daily data and system backups in secure servers
Daily backups of data are automatic up to 8 times daily without you having to worry about it.
Minimal user training required
Each user can use the system efficiently after a one hour training session.

The system is very reliable. Any fixes can be carried out remotely via the web quickly with minimum disruption.
